Mr. McGarry began his career as a high school mathematics teacher and athletic coach. He soon migrated his talents to the business world where he spent sixteen years within IBM in various sales, marketing, and leadership positions. After receiving considerable recognition and building a strong portfolio of sales and sales leadership skills, Mr. McGarry decided to pursue the world of entrepreneurship. He assisted a world-renowned expert in the field of artificial intelligence build a company from scratch to build technology-based learning software.
Mr. McGarry was instrumental in growing the company to an annual revenue stream of $10M and 140 people, and leading the company’s efforts to raise $17M in capital. Mr. McGarry has since been recruited several times to help organizations with challenging business development issues. These companies include BellSouth Wireless Data (now ATT Wireless), Metamor, and the Tom Peters Company. Mr. McGarry is currently President Emeritus of Socratic Arts, an innovative design and development company in the training and e-learning space. He co-founded the company with world-renowned technology-based learning pioneer, Roger Schank. He served as President for 20 years before stepping aside to focus on Socratic Arts’ cyber business.

Dr. Chris Golden is the architect of this proposal and the global National Secure Supply Chain Program. Dr. Golden is a retired United States Air Force Colonel, has built cybersecurity programs for both Wall Street and Healthcare in the United States. He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and two master’s degrees in addition to his Doctorate in Cybersecurity. Dr. Golden also holds various industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, HCISPP among others.
Dr. Golden was heavily involved in the creation of the new U.S. Department of Defense secure supply chain program titled, the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). As a Founding Board Member of the CMMC Accreditation Body (CMMC-AB, now Cyber-AB), Dr. Golden designed and implemented the Cloud native systems to process, track and record all the assessment data collected for over 350,000 defense contractors. He also created and delivered the training for all the Provisional Assessors and Assessors from the government’s DCMA DIBCAC.
Dr. Golden took on the challenges of creating cybersecurity for protecting the US and world’s economies. Dr. Golden next moved on to healthcare where he has served in CISO roles for the payor, provider, and medical device manufacturing arenas. Dr. Golden is the CEO & Co-Founder of CSR5 Global, a global disruptor of small and medium-sized business cyber resiliency, and Chief Information Security Officer, Cyber Security Global Alliance and the CSGA Cyber Accelerator.
